This morning a network device fault caused disruption to services in Sydney for a brief period (approximately 5 minutes). Services have recovered completely and we are investigating the cause to address the issue as a priority.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. We will update customers affected or schedule maintenance when possible if follow up works are required.
